DJI Matrice 4 Series releases new firmware that supports manual flight with real-time terrain following, intelligent detection with adjustable confidence levels, and enhanced features for spotlight and speaker.
On April 15th, this flagship flight platform received a new firmware upgrade, adding a number of practical functions and once again elevating its operational potential.
This feature enables the aircraft to dynamically adjust its altitude during manual flight based on real-time terrain data collected by the downward vision sensors. Maintaining a consistent relative altitude above ground, it ensures safe and stable operations even in complex or uneven terrain.

Real-time terrain-follow in actionSet custom confidence levels for intelligent recognition, with presets for target counting and search. The confidence value (0-1) indicates certainty about a target in the detection box.
